Pajonsuk a commencé à pratiquer le MuayThai à l'âge de 6 ans, au camp de Lukprabart, un des meilleur camps en Thaïlande. Il a bientôt accumulé une réputation en gagnant des championnats à 28, 32 et 35 kilogrammes. Quand il a étét assez vieux, il a commencé à combattre au Lumpini où il a par la suite obtenu la chance de combattre contre Kaolan Kaowichit pour le titre. Il a gagné et a été sacré champion des welterweight du Lumpini.

Il a combattu plusieurs grands noms en Europe, principalement en Hollande. Il a défait Dimitri Shakuta, Joerie Mes, Vincent Vielvoye et Tarik Slimani. Pour le titre du monde de WPKL il a pris sur Stephan Veselic et a gagné.

le 3 juin 2006, il a défait Alviar Lima, ancien gagnant du Superleague d'Europe, à Tilburg Hollande.

Une de ses quelques défaites fut contre Rayen Simson (- discutable) de Hollande.

Pajonsuk started practicing MuayThai at the tender age of 6, at Lukprabart camp, one of the top camps in Thailand. He soon started to carve out a reputation as one of the names to watch, winning the Thailand championship title at 28, 32 and 35 kilo’s. Pajonsuk’s career progressed to the main Bangkok stadiums and eventually got the chance at winning a Lumpini title, Pajonsuk grasped his chance with both hands winning on points against Kaolan Kaowichit and was crowned Lumpini stadium welterweight champion.
Pajonsuk also got the chance to represent his country in the sport of Wushu, a style similar to Muaythai and he trained at the Thai national team training camp for a year.While there Pajonsuk won the Gold medal at the SEA games in Malaysia and then went on to win the gold in the ASEAN games in Pusan, South Korea.

MTO: You were recently training with the Thai amatuer boxing team, what was that for?
Pajonsuk: I was training at the team camp in Khorat province, with the possibility of representing Thailand in the Kings cup amatuer boxing tournament.

MTO: Who do you think is the top fighter in Thailand now?
Pajonsuk: Anuwat Kaewsamrit, he’s the fighter everyone wants to watch.

MTO:Is there anyone you would like to thank for helping you in your career?
Pajonsuk: Yes first and foremost my manager Mr KranWuthinam or Lek S.K.V gym, all the people at Lukprabart gym, where I started my career and Mr John Chin of S.T.B fightgear, for helping me out a lot with my career in Holland.

il ne faut pas oublier , qu'il à perdu contre Younees elmahssani le 2 juin 2007 a Tilburg , ou il à été malmener notament en anglaise il à été compté 2 fois au bord du ko!!!!
